You can reconnect your supply via your In-Home Display (IHD, the small screen included with a smart meter install), and also on the meter itself.
Note: you can only reconnect your electricity meter from your IHD. You can only arm your gas meter, but you will still need to physically press buttons on the gas meter for your supply to reactivate.
Press the Menu button and scroll to "Activate".
Press "Yes".
Press "Continue".
Your supply should reconnect.
Press OK, then scroll to "Activate electricity supply".
Press "OK".
Press "Home".
Your supply should reconnect.
A notification should appear when you have been off supply and the meter is now ready to reconnect.
Select "Home".
Select "Prepay".
Select "Enable supply".
Select "Yes" to enable supply.
Your supply should reconnect.
Make sure any sensitive or important electrical devices are turned off and / or unplugged before reconnecting your meter.
When you can see "Armed hold ok to enable" on the meter screen, press and hold the OK button.
Once "Enabled" appears on the screen, the meter should reconnect and start providing power.
Make sure the gas is turned off on any hobs or other appliances in your home before reconnecting your meter.
If you can, also turn your gas emergency cut off valve to the OFF position before reconnecting your meter. Read how to do that here.
Hold the OK button to turn the screen on.
When the screen comes on, press the OK button until you get a screen that says "Armed, enable?"
Press and hold the OK button until "enabled" appears on the screen.
If you turned it off, turn your gas cut off valve back into the ON position.
Make sure any sensitive or important electrical devices are turned off and / or unplugged before reconnecting your meter.
Press the A button twice, you should see "Press B for Elec".
Press B once.
The screen should show "En supply? A=No B=Yes".
Press B once.
The screen should show "Supply enabled".
Make sure the gas is turned off on any hobs or other appliances in your home before reconnecting your meter.
If you can, also turn your gas emergency cut off valve to the OFF position before reconnecting your meter. Read how to do that here.
Wake up the gas meter by pressing either button.
Press the B button once and you should see "Appliances off? Hold A for gas".
Press and hold the A button until you see "Release A for gas".
Release the button and wait for the supply to reconnect - this may take up to 60 seconds.
If you turned it off, turn your gas cut off valve back into the ON position.
Make sure any sensitive or important electrical devices are turned off and / or unplugged before reconnecting your meter.
Press either button to wake up the meter screen.
You should see "disconnected, press any button to reconnect".
Press either button once.
Your supply should come back on.
