Octopus Energy is accelerating its renewables expansion in Asia with a new solar investment in South Korea, aiming to deliver 140 MW of clean energy – enough to power around 45,000 homes a year.

Through its generation arm, Octopus is backing local developer Skygreen Energy to build up to 20 solar farms over the next two years. This move supports South Korea’s ambitious goal to triple its renewable energy share by 2038.
