What is a capacity (kVA) charge and where can I find it?

A capacity (kVA) charge is a fixed daily fee that’s charged in your monthly invoice.

It covers the cost of maintenance provided by your local District Network Operator (DNO) and ensures they can meet your site's maximum demand.

You can find your capacity (kVA) on your invoice; it's sometimes labeled as ‘capacity charge’.
