If you don’t see a token appear in your dashboard in around 3 days of a Power Down session, it's usually because:
Results are still processing: we aim to get results to you in 3 working days, but occasionally it can be longer.
You didn't beat your baseline: You need to use less electricity than your historical average in at least half an hour of the Power Down session to earn a token.
