What happens if my smart meter readings go missing during a Weekend Happy Hour?

If there’s a glitch and we don’t receive smart meter data to tell us how much electricity you used during the Happy Hour, we’ll credit you for the average amount of electricity participating customers used during the Happy Hour.

If a meter glitch happens during a Power Down, you’ll still get a Weekend Happy Hour credit.
