I want to add someone else to my account
No problemo! From the email linked to your account, drop a line to hello@octopus.energy and:
Give us the new person's name, phone number and email.
CC them and ask them to 'Reply All' confirming they want to be added.
Once they reply, we'll get it sorted!
Here's a template to make that even easier:
To: hello@octopus.energy
CC: [New Person's Email Address]
Subject: Adding someone to my account - [Your Account Number]
Hi Octopus team,
I'd like to add another person to my energy account. Here are their details:
Name: [New Person's full name]
Phone number: [New Person's phone number]
Email: [New Person's email address]
I have CC'd them on this email.
@[New Person's Name]: Please "Reply All" to this email just to confirm with Octopus that you are happy to be added to the account!
Thanks, [Your Name]
