How do I log in to my Octopus Energy account?
To log into your Octopus account, visit the Octopus Energy dashboard. You'll just need the email address linked to your account and your password.
You can also log in via the free Octopus Energy app available on iOS and Android.

My email address isn't recognised
We find that this usually happens for one of two reasons:
There's a typo in the email address you entered. It sounds obvious but it's so easy to do, so it's worth checking.
