Can I book a meter reading instead of having a surprise visit?

Yes. If you'd rather know for sure when someone is going to turn up to read your meter, just reach out to us by email or phone and we'll see what we can do.

You can also set up a personal password that the meter reader can use to prove they are sent by us. Just call or email us to arrange it.

And if you need extra support, you can join the Priority Services Register (PSR), which allows us to arrange quarterly reads for you.
