I switched to Octopus Energy and honestly, the difference has been huge.Booking a smart meter was quick and easy, with an appointment available within a couple of weeks. The installation was smooth, on time, and completely hassle-free. Everything just worked.The app is an excellent . really clear, easy to use, and actually useful. Being able to track my energy usage properly has made a big difference.In comparison, I was previously with E.ON Next and was told I’d be waiting around three months for a smart meter. With Octopus, I used a referral code (we both got £50) and had it installed in a fraction of the time.Efficient, straightforward, and delivers on what it promises. Exactly how it should be.

Early days but first impressions are great

After a really poor experience with our previous energy supplier switching to Octopus was a revelation. Alicia was full of helpful information, refreshingly knowledgeable about the tariffs available and reassuring about how quickly the changeover would happen. The various communications we’ve had since have all been clear, welcoming and helpful.
