I recently had my solar panels and battery storage system installed by Octopus Energy Services. Although the journey was a bit of a rollercoaster with multiple unexpected challenges, my Project Manager, Arun Sandhar, turned it into a fantastic 5-star experience.There were five key reasons why Arun deserves the highest praise:Seamless Handover: My original sales contact left the company halfway through the process, but Arun stepped in seamlessly. He showed immense patience and caught up with my case immediately without any drop in service.Great Crisis Management During Heatwave: The installation clashed with a severe heatwave, causing unavoidable safety delays. Arun managed the situation brilliantly and rescheduled the work to resume at the earliest safe opportunity.Resolving Miscommunications Promptly: Due to the staff handover, some previously agreed installation details weren’t passed on to him. As soon as I pointed this out, Arun didn't make excuses; he acted fast and arranged for the installers to rectify everything to match our original agreement.Extra Mile (Weekend Support): He went well above and beyond by arranging the commissioning work to be done on a Saturday. What impressed me the most was that he was actively monitoring the progress and replying to my emails over the entire weekend.Super Efficiency: Right after the job was completed, he promptly issued and sent over all the vital documents, including the MCS certificates and the final invoice, allowing me to sort out my post-install admin without delay.Arun Sandhar is a highly responsible, proactive, and customer-centric project manager. Never have we switched energy provider…

Never have we switched energy provider since we built the house in1991 since installing solar and battery back up we found an excellent tariff in octopus energy agile. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending your company and the staff are always available friendly and helpful 😀
