The Green Energy Awards and the Better Society Awards have given us awards to recognise all the investments we've made into greener generation and energy systems.
We led the way by pioneering the low-cost transition to heat pumps and picked up awards at the Better Society Awards, Global Good Awards and Reuters Responsible Business Awards for our heat pump efforts.

August Recognition Ltd. is an established and well-reputed independent awards agency providing awards services to UK and international businesses across multiple industry sectors.
In December 2022 they conducted a research project to establish which energy companies in the UK had won the most UK awards for customer service in the calendar year ending 31st December 2022.
Octopus Energy is the most awarded UK Energy Supplier Overall in 2022 winning over twice as many awards overall as the next best energy supplier (OVO Energy).
