An update on our energy helper visits

Over the energy crisis, we tried something a little different to help as many people as possible. We sent friendly, knowledgeable Energy Helpers door to door across the country to share energy saving advice, answer questions, run energy efficiency checks and signpost people to support schemes and other ways to save on bills.Update April 2025: with energy prices down significantly from the peak of the energy crisis and the weather warming up, we're no longer running these visits, but if you're struggling, please reach out.
