Terms and Conditions - Wendy x Octopus Energy Constantine Plushie Giveaway

1. The Promotion

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the “Wendy x Octopus plushie giveaway Promotion” (“the Promotion”).

2. Eligibility

Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

3. The Prize

There are three prizes in total: 1x Constantine the Octopus Plushie per social media platform that Wendy posts on.

Redemption: The prize will be awarded in the form of a unique digital promo code covering 100% of the cost of the plushie and standard UK shipping at Shoptopus. Winners must redeem this code on the Octopus Energy Shoptopus website to receive their prize.

Only one prize will be awarded per platform.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and no cash alternative is available.

4. How to Enter

Entry is via the specific mechanics listed on the giveaway post on each respective platform.

Entries open at the point the video was posted and close at 9:00 PM on Sunday 26th April 2026.
Users may enter on multiple platforms, but a single individual cannot win more than one prize.

5. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on each platform (3 winners total).

Winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) by Wendy's account within seven (7) days of the closing date.
If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize for that specific platform.

6. Safety & Data

Warning: Wendy will never ask for credit card details or "shipping fees." She will supply you with a promo code that you can redeem in Shoptopus against the price of a Plushie.

7. General

Octopus Energy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion where necessary.

Octopus Energy’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion.
