To initiate your switch to Octopus, get a quote here, select your tariff and provide us with your contact and payment details. That's it! We'll handle the rest and inform your old supplier. We'll keep you informed throughout the process, and you'll receive an email once you're on supply, typically within 2 working days.

Previously, the processes we handled in the background to switch your supplier could have taken up to 3 weeks. But as of the 18th July 2022, Ofgem's Faster More Reliable Switching Project (FMRS) turbocharged switching to just 2 working days for a typical customer. Read more about FMRS here.
