General

1. The promotion will be run by Octopus Energy Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 09263424 and registered office 33 Holborn, London, EC1N 2HT (“Octopus Energy”).
2. By entering this promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other applicable instructions.
3. Octopus Energy reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
4. In the event of any dispute regarding any aspect of the promotion, the decision of Octopus Energy shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Octopus Energy’s privacy policy shall apply to any data collected in connection with this competition and can be found on our website at www.octopus.energy/privacy.
6. By entering this competition, you agree to Octopus Energy sharing your data with Stewart Brewing Limited (SC261791) for the purpose of them sending you the promotion crate of beer.
7. Octopus Energy in its sole discretion reserves the right to withdraw or vary the terms of competitions and promotions and/or any offer made in connection with them in order to comply with the decision of any relevant judicial or regulatory body and shall not be held liable to any entrant for so doing.

Promotion Entry

1. This promotion is only open to students aged 18 and over who sign up to Octopus Energy. Only residents of Great Britain are eligible to sign up to Octopus Energy.
2. The promotion consists of:
   1. one crate of beer, being a total of 12 x 330ml bottles of Octopus Energy craft beer; and
   2. a £50 sign-up reward.
3. The £50 sign-up reward will be added as a credit to your Octopus Energy account.
4. No cash alternative is available.
5. The crate of beer will be supplied to you directly by Stewart Brewing.
6. This promotion can only be claimed once per household.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other sign-up offer.
