There's no cost to you: we pay for the service. Settld work on your behalf to notify all of the different companies that need to know, so you can focus on more important things during this time.

They'll ask for the details of the person who's passed away, including any official documentation and who is looking after any estate. You don't need to send all this information at once.

Take your time and whenever you're ready we'll be here to help.

Octopus will continue supplying energy to the property, so you don't need to worry about that either.
