“Polestar Festival” HEAT PUMP INSTALLATION or SOLAR INSTALLATION OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General

These Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘5% off a solar installation and/or 5% off a heat pump installation” offer. “The offer”

The offer:

“Polestar Festival Promotion”

5% off a solar installation and/or 5% off a heat pump installation

Offer period:

13th September 2025 - 13th October 2025

Eligibility:

“The offer” is only available to attendees of the Polestar Festival who register their interest with Octopus Energy at the event and is subject to availability and eligibility.

5% off a solar installation

• 5% will be discounted from eligible solar installation sales placed during the offer period referenced above.
  
  

• The installation must be carried out by Octopus Energy.
  
  

• The discount will be applied to the price detailed in your installation agreement. It won’t be applied to your initial online quote.
  
  

• The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  
  

• Further terms and conditions apply
  
  5% off a Heat Pump installation
  
  

• 5% will be discounted from eligible heat pump orders placed during the offer period referenced above.
  
  

• The discount will be calculated from the final cost of your heat pump system, after the £7,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant has been applied.
  
  

• The installation must be carried out by Octopus Energy.
  
  

• The discount will be applied to the price detailed in your installation agreement. It won’t be applied to your initial online quote.
