Parlour’s Picks Tottenham Competition - Terms & Conditions:

  1. A closing date for entry to the Parlour’s Picks Tottenham Competition will be 12:30 on 18th November 2017. After this, no further entries to the competition will be counted.
  2. Only one entry per email address can be made.
  3. Each entrant may alter their score prediction as many times as they wish before the deadline, but only their most recent score will be entered into the competition.
  4. Entrants who predict the correct score for Arsenal vs Tottenham Hotspur on 18th November 2017 will be entered into a prize draw to win a signed Arsenal shirt.
  5. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. 
  6. Only residents of Great Britain are eligible to sign up to this prize draw.
  7. None of the employees, nor any family members of employees, of Octopus Energy and its affiliate companies, their agents, or those of their respective group companies may take part in (1) prize draw promotions or (2) competitions that involve any element of judgment by or on behalf of Octopus Energy.
  8. None of the employees, or immediate family members of employees, of Arsenal Football Club may take part in the prize draw.
  9. By signing up to the Parlour’s Picks Tottenham Competition, you are agreeing to be contacted by Octopus Energy.
  10. No liability is accepted for entries that are not received for any reason by Octopus Energy.
  11. The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material. 
  12. By entering you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, any Specific Terms and Conditions relating to the relevant prize draw and any applicable instructions.
  13. Fraudulent or incorrectly completed entries will not be accepted, neither will entries made in breach or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. No liability is accepted for entries that are not received for any reason by Octopus Energy.
  14. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable other than at the sole discretion of Octopus Energy.
  15. By entering any competition, in the event that you are the winner you agree to reasonable use of your name and image on the websites and in promotional media and materials produced by or on behalf of Octopus Energy. Octopus Energy will retain the rights to any media and materials produced.
  16. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days of notifications, or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Octopus Energy Ltd reserves the right to pick a replacement winner.
  17. Should any entrants who predict a correct score switch to the Octopus Energy Arsenal Green Tariff at any point during the Parlour Picks campaign, any previous correct score predictions will be included in the Octopus Energy Parlour’s Picks Grand Prize Draw.
  18. Octopus Energy in its sole discretion reserves the right to withdraw or vary the terms of competitions and promotions and/or any offer made in connection with them in order to comply with the decision of any relevant judicial or regulatory body and shall not be held liable to any entrant for so doing.
  19. Unless otherwise specified in writing, in the event that you are required to travel to take part in any event, you are responsible for making all your own arrangements (including insurance).
  20. The Privacy Policy on the Octopus Energy Website (https://octopus.energy/privacy) shall apply to any data collected in connection with the promotion. These Promotion Rules are intended to be separate from the Privacy Policy, and should not be determined to be a substitute or replacement for, or otherwise render inapplicable, the Privacy Policy. To the extent the any provision of these Promotion Rules conflicts with any provision in the Privacy Policy, the provision contained in these Promotion Rules shall apply, and the provision contained in these Promotion Rules shall be deemed to supersede the conflicting provision contained in the Privacy Policy unless otherwise stated herein. In no way other than a provision of these Promotion Rules that explicitly conflicts with a provision in the Privacy Policy shall these Promotion Rules to be deemed to replace or nullify any provision contained in the Privacy Policy.
