Lavazza Tablì Coffee Machine Bundle Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1. Octopus Energy Limited (“Promoter”) is a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales (company number 09263424) with registered office at UK House, 5th Floor, 164–182 Oxford Street, London, W1D 1NN.

1.2. The prize draw is run in partnership with Luigi Lavazza S.p.A. and/or its relevant UK affiliate (“Lavazza”).

1.3. References to the Promoter in these Terms and Conditions include anyone acting on its

behalf in administering the prize draw.

1.4. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Rules").

2. Eligibility

2.1. The prize draw is open to Octoplus members who are aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom at the time of entry.

2.2. Employees of Octopus Energy or Lavazza, members of their immediate families, their agents, and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.

2.3. Internet access and an active Octoplus account are required to enter.

2.4. Octopus Energy reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility and disqualify anyone who does not meet these eligibility requirements.

3. How to enter

3.1. The prize draw opens at 13:00 on 14 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 28 October 2026 (“Closing Date”).

3.2. To receive one entry, eligible participants must:

Be a current Octopus Energy customer with an active Octoplus membership at the time of entry and winner selection.

Answer the question: "You're brewing two cups of Lavazza Tablì coffee... who would you share the second cup with and why?"

3.3. Each eligible participant may submit a maximum of one base entry through the entry form i.e. an answer to the question in clause 3.2 above.

3.4. No purchase is necessary to enter.

3.5. Entries that are incomplete, late, fraudulent, automated, submitted through third parties or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions will not be accepted.

4. The prize

4.1. There is one prize package consisting of:

One Lavazza Tablì coffee machine;

Five boxes of coffee tabs (108 coffee tabs);

One Tablì Tab holder;

One Tablì Lungo Cup Set; and

One MilkEasy Plus Frother,

One Constantine plushie toy

together, the “Prize”.

4.2. There will be one winner, who will receive the entire Prize.

4.3. The Prize is subject to availability. Octopus Energy reserves the right to replace any part of the Prize with an item of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

4.4. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash or other alternative is available.

4.5. Any costs or expenses not expressly included in the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

4.6. Product warranties, instructions and any additional conditions supplied by Lavazza or the relevant manufacturer will apply to the Prize.

5. Winner selection and notification

5.1. The winner will be selected based on the quality and merit of their answer from all valid entries received before the Closing Date.

5.2. Entries will be judged fairly by a panel of judges, including at least one independent judge.

5.3. The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their entry or Octoplus account by 06 November 2026.

5.4. Octopus Energy will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. The winner must respond and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery within seven days of being contacted.

5.5. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven days, is found to be ineligible or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, Octopus Energy reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select a replacement winner at random.

5.6. The Prize will normally be delivered to a valid UK address supplied by the winner within 30 days of the winner confirming their details, unless the winner is told otherwise.

5.7. Octopus Energy’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

6. Publicity and social media

6.1. The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the prize draw. Any participation beyond the publication permitted under clause 6.2 will be discussed with the winner separately.

6.2. Octopus Energy may publish or make available the winner’s surname and county as required by the CAP Code. Entrants may object to this information being published, or request that the amount of information published be reduced, by contacting octoplus@octoenergy.com. Octopus Energy may still be required to provide the winner’s details to the Advertising Standards Authority.

6.3. This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social-media platform on which an entrant chooses to post. Entrants release the relevant platform from liability connected with the prize draw to the extent permitted by law.

7. Data protection and marketing

7.1. Personal data supplied in connection with the prize draw will be processed in accordance with the Octopus Energy Privacy Policy.

7.2. Personal data will be used to administer the prize draw, validate entries, select and contact the winner, arrange delivery of the Prize, prevent fraud and comply with Octopus Energy’s legal and regulatory obligations.

7.3. The winner’s necessary contact and delivery information may be shared with Lavazza, a delivery provider or another fulfilment partner where required to supply the Prize.

7.4. Entry into the prize draw is not conditional on agreeing to receive marketing from Lavazza.

7.5. An entrant’s personal data will only be shared with Lavazza for Lavazza’s own marketing purposes where the entrant has given separate, specific, optional consent—for example, by selecting an optional, unticked marketing box on the entry form.

7.6. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in the relevant communication or by contacting octoplus@octoenergy.com. Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect an entrant’s participation in the prize draw.

7.7. Entrants should be told at the point of consent what information will be shared, how Lavazza will use it, the marketing channels involved and where to find Lavazza’s privacy notice.

8. General

8.1. Octopus Energy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or withdraw the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated appropriately and will not unfairly disadvantage participants.

8.2. Octopus Energy accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not successfully submitted because of a technical failure, network failure or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

8.3. Octopus Energy may disqualify any participant whom it reasonably believes has attempted to manipulate the entry process, obtain entries through fraudulent means or otherwise undermine the fair operation of the prize draw.

8.4. Octopus Energy, Lavazza and their associated companies will not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the prize draw or the acceptance or use of the Prize, except for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8.5. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects an entrant’s statutory rights.

8.6. Questions or complaints about the prize draw can be sent to octoplus@octoenergy.com or to Octopus Energy at its registered address.

8.7. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants living in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain any rights they may have to bring proceedings in their local courts.
