What if my top up didn’t work or I have lost my key or card?

If the credit you've topped up hasn't appeared on your meter, your key / card may be damaged or faulty.

If you have a smart prepayment meter, you can request a new card online here.

If you have a traditional prepayment meter, please contact us and we will be able to send you a new one.
