Check your IHD’s power: Ensure the device is plugged in and the batteries are fresh.
Reset your IHD: Try holding the reset button for 10 seconds to restart the screen.
Check your Wi-Fi: Make sure the IHD is within range of your smart meter and connected to Wi-Fi.
Check the display settings: Ensure the contrast and brightness settings on the IHD are turned up – a very low setting can make the screen appear blank.
Reposition the IHD: Place the display closer to your smart meter to improve signal strength.
