I accidentally sent an incorrect reading, what should I do?

If you’ve realised you put the wrong reading in after you submitted it, (whether you mixed up electric and gas readings, added an extra digit, made a typo or anything else) don’t worry.

Please submit a new meter reading, and we'll generate a new, corrected bill for your account. You can submit reads in your online account, or without even logging in via our website.
