I want to cancel my contract with you. Will I get my security deposit back?
The answer depends on whether you've already completed your switch to us:
If we're not your supplier yet - you won't need to pay your security deposit. If you've already paid it, we'll return it to you.
If we're already your supplier - we'll return your deposit once you've settled up your account. If you have any debt, you'll need to pay that off first.
