TERMS & CONDITIONS: NEIGHBOURHOOD HEAT PUMP OFFER

These Terms and Conditions apply to Octopus Energy's Neighbourhood Heat Pump promotional offer (the "Offer"). By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This Offer is made by Octopus Energy Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09263424), with its registered office at 5th Floor, UK House, 164-182 Oxford Street, London W1D 1NN ("Octopus Energy", "Us", "Our").

Octopus Energy reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this Offer or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on our website.

1. The Offer — £300 Group Discount

Offer Summary: If three (3) eligible households within the same postcode sector sign up for a heat pump installation with Octopus Energy within the Offer Period, each participating household will receive £300 off their final heat pump payment (the "Discount").

Offer Period: 13th May – 30th June 2026.

Eligibility

• The Offer is available to residential customers whose properties are located within England and Wales.

• To be eligible, all three (3) homes within a Group must be located within the same postcode sector (for example, if your postcode is NR29 3QB, your postcode sector is "NR29 3").

• To be eligible, each of the three (3) homes within a Group must pass an Octopus Energy site survey confirming suitability for a heat pump installation. Households that do not receive a valid installation quote or are deemed ineligible following a survey do not qualify and cannot count toward the Group total.

• A Group begins to form when two (2) or more eligible households within the same postcode sector name one another as part of a Group for the purpose of this Offer at the point of signing their Installation Agreement. A Group may continue to grow as additional eligible households join by naming an existing Group member at the point of signing their Installation Agreement.

• The Discount will only apply once three (3) eligible households have joined the same Group within the Offer Period. Until this threshold is reached, no Discount will be applied to any member of the Group.

• All three (3) households must sign their respective Installation Agreements within the Offer Period.

Applying the Discount

• The £300 Discount will be applied as either a refund or a reduction to the final heat pump payment only. The Discount will not be applied to initial quotes, deposits, or interim payments. Whether the Discount is applied as a refund or a reduction will be at Octopus' sole discretion and may depend on the order in which Group members pay.

• The Discount will only become available once all three (3) eligible households within the Group have signed their respective Installation Agreements within the Offer Period.

• If a Group does not reach the minimum threshold of three (3) households within the Offer Period, or the Group falls below the required three (3) households before the final heat pump payments have been made, the Discount will not be applied.

• This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Octopus Energy promotional offer or referral discount.

Additional Offer Terms

• This Offer relates to the group signup and is not a guarantee of a specific installation date. Installation is subject to local engineer capacity and the completion of necessary home upgrades (if applicable).

• Octopus Energy will not be liable for delays caused by factors outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to customer availability for surveys or installations, or third-party supply chain delays. Where Octopus Energy has offered a survey or installation appointment within the required timeframe and the customer has been unable to accommodate it, the Discount will not apply.

• If any member of the Group cancels or withdraws their installation order, or their Installation Agreement is otherwise terminated, before the final payment is made, and the Group total falls below the required threshold of three (3) active orders, the Discount will no longer be available to the remaining members of that Group.

• The Discount has no cash equivalent value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

• In the event of any dispute regarding any aspect of the Offer, Octopus Energy's decision will be final, binding, and not subject to review or appeal.

• This Offer is subject to Octopus Energy's standard heat pump installation terms and conditions.

General

• These terms are independent of any terms governing your energy supply relationship with Octopus Energy Limited and participating in this Offer does not alter or affect your rights and obligations under any existing energy supply agreement.

• All personal data collected and processed as part of the Offer shall be in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.octopus.energy/policies/privacy-policy.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
