August Recognition Ltd. is an established and well-reputed independent awards agency providing awards services to UK and international businesses across multiple industry sectors.
In December 2021 they conducted a research project to establish which energy companies in the UK had won the most UK awards for customer service in the calendar year ending 31st December 2021.
Their research showed Octopus Energy won three times as many customer service awards as the next best energy supplier (Shell).
