Inés Amorelli
Head of Operations
Inés Amorelli is the Head of Operations at Octopus Energy. She started at the company in 2018 as an Energy Specialist (which means she answered your questions when customers phoned or emailed us). Her job now is to make sure Octopus is delivering outrageously good customer service.
Inés has been involved in projects including setting up the Octopus offices in Spain, supporting customers and teams coming across from Shell Energy, and the development of Arlo, our AI assistant. She is particularly proud of playing a role in helping shape our operations teams across so many of our offices, from Leicester to Brighton to Valencia.
