We are aiming to raise £700 for St Peter's Hospice. This money will enable 2 Hospice at Home nurses to spend a night in 2 patients' homes to relieve family members. At the Hospice, they understand that each patient must be cared for differently. Some patients and their carers need 24/7 support and care to manage and control symptoms such as severe pain and sickness. Some families may just need respite during the night so that they can get some sleep to be able to care for their loved one during the day.

Your support enables the Hospice to provide for the families who need nightly support, whether that be for reassurance or to have some much-needed rest, making sure that their loved ones are in capable hands around the clock.
