Transparency and fair business

It’s a sad indictment of the energy industry’s history that all energy suppliers have to put a statement on their website to say how they treat customers fairly.

We started this business to do what is right for our customers, and right for the planet. We aim to be transparent and fair in everything we do not because we have to be - but because we want to be. Quite simply, It’s what we’re here for.

That’s why we fully support the standards of conduct from Ofgem.
