Parlour's Picks Competition - Terms & Conditions

These are our Parlour's Picks Competition terms and conditions, version v0.1 for the Octopus Energy Arsenal Green Tariff.

1. How do I take part?

Sign up to the Octopus Energy Arsenal Green Tariff to take part in the Parlour's Picks Competition for free. The Parlour's Picks Competition will run throughout the 2017/18 Premier League season. 

For each Arsenal Premier League match, Octopus Energy will email its customers on the Arsenal Green Tariff with Ray Parlour's prediction for the game. Customers on the Octopus Energy Arsenal Green Tariff will have the chance to play against Ray and make their own prediction for each match. Entrants can make a prediction as many times as they like up until kick-off for the game, but only their last prediction will be counted. 

If you are an existing Octopus Energy customer on a tariff other than the Arsenal Green Tariff you will not be eligible to participate in the Parlour's Picks Competition, unless stated in the promotional material. However, you can become eligible to participate by switching to the Arsenal Green Tariff. 

Should an entrant choose a correct prediction for the match, they will be entered into a random prize draw to win Arsenal prizes. This will happen each Arsenal Premier League match during the 2017/18 season. 

As part of the Parlour's Picks competition, Octopus Energy will be offering a grand prize at the end of the season. Customers on the Octopus Energy Arsenal Green Tariff will receive an entry into the grand prize draw for every match prediction they get right through out the season. The grand prize draw winner will be drawn on Wednesday 16th May 2018. 

For all prize draws that take place during the Parlour's Picks Competition, Octopus Energy's decision is final. If successful, Octopus Energy will contact you to make arrangements for the delivery of the prize. There is no cash alternative. 

Results of any prize draws that take place during the Parlour's Picks Competition will be announced on the Octopus Energy Arsenal Facebook page, Twitter page and Instagram page. 

Terms & Conditions:

1. The Parlour's Picks Competition will end at 15:00 on Sunday 13th May 2018.
2. Only customers who have signed up to the Octopus Energy Arsenal Green Tariff may participate in the Parlour's Picks Competition. 
3. Only one entry per residential property per Arsenal Premier League match in the 2017/18 season can be made. 
4. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. 
   
5. Only residents of Great Britain are eligible to sign up to this prize draw.
   
6. None of the employees, nor any family members of employees, of Octopus Energy and its affiliate companies, their agents, or those of their respective group companies may take part in (1) prize draw promotions or (2) competitions that involve any element of judgment by or on behalf of Octopus Energy.
   
7. None of the employees, or immediate family members of employees, of Arsenal Football Club may take part in the prize draw.
   
8. By signing up to the Arsenal Green Tariff you are agreeing to be contacted by Octopus Energy should you win. If the winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days of notifications, or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Octopus Energy Ltd reserves the right to pick a replacement winner at random. 
9. The winner for each Arsenal Premier League match in the 2017/18 season will be chosen at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material. 
   
10. The closing date to enter into the Parlour Picks Competition for each Arsenal Premier League match in the 2017/18 season, unless otherwise stated within the promotional material, will be kick-off of the match. 
11. By entering you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, any Specific Terms and Conditions relating to the relevant prize draw and any applicable instructions.
    
12. Fraudulent or incorrectly completed entries will not be accepted, neither will entries made in breach or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. No liability is accepted for entries that are not received for any reason by Octopus Energy.
    
13. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable other than at the sole discretion of Octopus Energy.
    
14. By entering any competition, in the event that you are the winner you agree to reasonable use of your name and image on the websites and in promotional media and materials produced by or on behalf of Octopus Energy. Octopus Energy will retain the rights to any media and materials produced.
15. Customers will only be eligible for a prize in the Parlour's Picks competition if they are on supply on the Arsenal Green Tariff with Octopus Energy. 
16. Octopus Energy in its sole discretion reserves the right to withdraw or vary the terms of competitions and promotions and/or any offer made in connection with them in order to comply with the decision of any relevant judicial or regulatory body and shall not be held liable to any entrant for so doing.
    
17. Unless otherwise specified in writing, in the event that you are required to travel to take part in any event, you are responsible for making all your own arrangements (including insurance).
    
18. The Privacy Policy on the Octopus Energy Website (https://octopus.energy/privacy) shall apply to any data collected in connection with the promotion. These Promotion Rules are intended to be separate from the Privacy Policy, and should not be determined to be a substitute or replacement for, or otherwise render inapplicable, the Privacy Policy. To the extent that any provision of these Promotion Rules conflicts with any provision in the Privacy Policy, the provision contained in these Promotion Rules shall apply, and the provision contained in these Promotion Rules shall be deemed to supersede the conflicting provision contained in the Privacy Policy unless otherwise stated herein. In no way other than a provision of these Promotion Rules that explicitly conflicts with a provision in the Privacy Policy shall these Promotion Rules to be deemed to replace or nullify any provision contained in the Privacy Policy.

Parlour's Picks Competition is not in any way administered by Arsenal Football Club and by entering you acknowledge that Arsenal shall not have any liability to you in connection with the competition/promotion.
