As part of the partnership, Octopus have launched an Arsenal Green Tariff for fans to get the same 100% green electricity that supplies Emirates. Anyone on the Arsenal Green Tariff will be entered into a prize draw each month to win Arsenal prizes including signed shirts, Behind the Scenes VIP Stadium Tours and signed footballs.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The closing date for entry will be midnight on Thursday 3rd August 2017. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be counted in the prize draw

2. None of the employees, nor any family members of employees, of Octopus Energy and its affiliate companies, their agents, or those of their respective group companies may take part in the prize draw.

3. None of the employees, or immediate family members of employees, of Arsenal Football Club may take part in the prize draw.

4. To be entered into the prize draw, entrants must sign up to the Arsenal Green Tariff address before midnight on 3rd August.

5. Only residents of Great Britain are eligible to sign up to this prize draw.

6. Only one entry per residential property can be made.

7. No liability is accepted for entries that are not received for any reason by Octopus Energy.

8. Entrants will be entered into a draw to win an Arsenal signed football. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.

9. The winners will be chosen at random from all entries received.

10. Octopus Energy’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final.

11. By entering, you are agreeing to be contacted by Octopus Energy should you win.

12. You will be notified via email by midday two working days after the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of notification, Octopus Energy reserves the right to pick a replacement winner.

13. Unless otherwise specified in writing, if you are required to travel to take part in any event, you are responsible for making all your own arrangements.

14. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

16. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Octopus Energy Ltd, 20-24 Broadwick Street, London, W1F 8HT

17. Octopus Energy in its sole discretion reserves the right to withdraw or vary the terms of competitions and promotions and/or any offer made in connection with them in order to comply with the decision of any relevant judicial or regulatory body and shall not be held liable to any entrant for so doing.
