The Which? survey asked 8,761 energy customers to rate their energy suppliers’ customer service (both online and over the phone). This included how they dealt with complaints, their value for money, the accuracy and clarity of bills, as well as whether they felt that the energy company helped them to understand and reduce their energy use. 31 suppliers were investigated - you can find out how your supplier performed here.
