Anyone on the Arsenal Green Tariff will be entered into a prize draw each month to win Arsenal prizes including signed shirts, Behind the Scenes VIP Stadium Tours and signed footballs.

Terms & Conditions:

1. This offer runs from the 26th of December to the 6th of January 2020. Octopus Energy has the option to extend the offer after the 6th of January.
2. Only residents of Great Britain are eligible to sign up for the Arsenal Green tariff and enter the prize draw.
3. By signing up for the Arsenal Green tariff you are agreeing to be contacted by Octopus Energy should you win the Arsenal prize draw.
4. The email address on the customers' account will be used to enter the prize draw and the winner will be notified by that email.
5. It is the customers' responsibility to update their contact details on their Octopus Energy accounts. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of notification, Octopus Energy reserves the right to pick a replacement winner.
6. A winner will be drawn at random every time Arsenal score a goal in each match from the 26th December to (and including) 6th of January 2020.
7. Winning one prize draw does not exclude you from winning future prize draws. Every Arsenal Green customer will be entered into every draw.
8. None of the employees, nor any family members of employees, of Octopus Energy and its affiliate companies, their agents, or those of their respective group companies may take part in the prize draw.
9. No liability is accepted for entries that are not received for any reason by Octopus Energy.
10. Octopus Energy’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final.
11. Unless otherwise specified in writing, if you are required to travel to take part in any event, you are responsible for making all your own arrangements.
12. By entering this prize draw and being on the Arsenal Green Tariff the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. Octopus Energy in its sole discretion reserves the right to withdraw or vary the terms of competitions and promotions and/or any offer made in connection with them in order to comply with the decision of any relevant judicial or regulatory body and shall not be held liable to any entrant for so doing.
14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
