There is debt on my meter that is not mine, can you wipe it?

You need to pay for the energy you use, but if there is debt on your meter which is not yours we will be able to help. Please send the following information to prepayment@octopus.energy:

  • A picture of screen 27 on your gas meter
  • A picture of the screen 31/ Owed screen on your gas meter
  • A picture of screen S on your electricity meter
  • Proof of the date you moved into the property (eg. a tenancy agreement or contract)
