Can I still sign up with you if I have a smart prepayment meter?

We are able to support certain types of smart prepayment meter, and are continually working on adding more models to our list.

If you are interested in switching to smart prepayment, please let us know by filling our this form.

If you have a meter we are not currently able to support, you will need your current supplier to switch it to credit mode, then you can switch to us and go back into prepayment mode once your switch has completed. A switch generally takes around 3 - 5 working days.
