Bulb FAQs

Where can I see my historic energy usage from before my move to Octopus? 

We won’t be able to migrate your energy usage over to your Octopus account for use in the ‘explore your data’ feature, this will populate from the first day you move over to us. However, any meter readings you made will be transferred over and you can check your previous usage and charges on your monthly bills in the ‘view my bills’ section. The accuracy of the energy usage data will be dependent on whether Bulb used actual or estimated readings. 

Are there big differences between the way Octopus Energy and Bulb work?
