Creating a budget with Paylink helps us understand a bit more about your financial situation. You’ll need to provide information on what you're earning and what you're spending, and then Paylink will securely share this information with us.

We know this can be uncomfortable, but please don’t worry. We’ll only use the information you provide to work out what support suits you best.

Once you've completed your Paylink budget, we'll be able to offer you advice and support that's most appropriate for your circumstances. For example, you may be eligible for Octo Assist, our 15 million fund to help customers most in need. Through Octo Assist, we can offer support like standing charge holidays, direct bill support, or a free electric blanket.

Even if you don't qualify for direct financial assistance, we don’t need you to repay everything straight away. We may suggest an extended payment plan which means you can spread repayments over a longer period of time.
