Camp Bestival 2026 Hospitality Tickets Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1. Octopus Energy Limited (“Promoter”) is a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales (company number 09263424) with registered office at UK House, 5th Floor, 164–182 Oxford Street, London, W1D 1NN.
1.2. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Rules").
1.3. Octopus Energy reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this competition or these Rules where necessary for legal, regulatory or operational reasons.
1.4. In the event of any dispute relating to this competition, Octopus Energy's decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding that decision.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to Octoplus members who are:
aged 18 or over;
residents of Great Britain; and
current Octopus Energy customers with an active Octoplus membership at the time of entry and winner selection.
2.2. Employees of Octopus Energy, Camp Bestival, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this competition are not eligible to enter.
2.3. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
2.4. Internet access is required to enter.
3. Competition Period
3.1. Entries open on 16 July 2026.
3.2. Entries close at 23:59 on 23 July 2026.
3.3. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
4.1. Eligible customers can enter via the Octopus Energy app or online account during the Competition Period.
4.2. To enter, entrants must answer the following question:
"Who are you most looking forward to seeing at Camp Bestival 2026"
4.3. Only one entry per eligible Octoplus membership is permitted.
4.4. Entries must be the entrant's own work. Octopus Energy reserves the right to remove entries it considers offensive, inappropriate or in breach of these Rules.
4.5. By entering this competition, entrants agree that their email address and any other contact details required to administer the competition may be shared with Camp Bestival. Entrants also consent to being added to Camp Bestival's mailing list and acknowledge that Camp Bestival will process their personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from Camp Bestival's marketing communications at any time.
5. Winner Selection
5.1. This is a prize competition requiring skill. Winners will be selected on the quality of their answers rather than at random.
5.2. Following the closing date, a panel appointed by Octopus Energy will judge all eligible entries.
5.3. Winners will be selected based on the creativity, originality and enthusiasm shown in their answer.
5.4. One (1) winner will be selected.
5.5. The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their Octopus Energy account on or around 25 July 2026.
5.6. If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, Octopus Energy reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Prize
6.1. The winner will receive:
One (1) Family Hospitality Camping ticket, admitting two (2) adults and up to three (3) children aged under 18 years.
Luxury Bell Tent accommodation; and
Weekend Slomo Sanctuary Spa passes.
6.2. The festival takes place between 30 July and 2 August 2026 at Lulworth Castle, Dorset.
6.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
6.4. Travel, parking, food, drinks, spending money and any other costs not expressly stated are the responsibility of the winner.
6.5. Winners and their guests must comply with Camp Bestival's own terms and conditions and any venue rules.
6.6. If the event is postponed, cancelled or materially changed by the organiser, Octopus Energy accepts no responsibility beyond supplying any replacement offered by the event organiser.
7. Publicity and Data Protection
7.1. By entering, entrants agree that, if selected as a winner, Octopus Energy may use their first name and town/city for the purposes of announcing the winners.
7.2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Octopus Energy's Privacy Policy and used solely for administering this competition. Where entrants have consented through clause 4.5, their details will also be shared with Camp Bestival for marketing purposes.
7.3. Winners will be contacted by telephone by Octopus Energy. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that telephone and/or video calls relating to the prize may be recorded and that Octopus Energy may use all or part of the recording, together with the winner's first name and general location, in its marketing and promotional materials, including on social media channels, websites and other digital communications, without further compensation.
8. General
8.1. Octopus Energy reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Rules or attempts to manipulate the competition.
8.2. Octopus Energy accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed or not received due to technical failures or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
8.3. These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
