When you’ve just had your meters installed, it can take up to 14 days for us to connect to your meter and in-home display – but it’s usually much sooner than that. We’re relying on the speed of industry processes to get things up and running, and these can sometimes slow things down a little bit.
There’s no need to contact us during those 14 days, as we’re working hard to get things set up. During that time, we won't be able to take automatic readings from your meter, so your in-home display (IHD) won't work and you won’t see any usage in your app if you have a Home Mini. Sit tight and trust the process. You’ll be up and running soon.
