Check your smart charging is enabled:
Open the Octopus Energy app and tap Devices
Select your car or charger
Tap the settings cog (top right)
Toggle ‘Smart Charging” on

Quick checklist
Clear the schedule: Delete any charging schedules in your car’s or your charger’s app. They often fight with our smart schedule.
Set to 100%: Set your car’s physical charging limit to 100%. Don’t worry — we’ll still only charge it to the target you set in the Octopus app.
Check the signal: Ensure your charger has a solid Wi-Fi connection
