These Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘£500 off a solar installation’ and ‘£500 off a heat pump installation’ offer. “The offer”

The offer:
“£500 off”

£500 off a solar installation and £500 off a heat pump installation. A £200 deposit must be paid to place an order during the offer period.

Offer period:

June 12th 2025 - July 12th 2025

Eligibility:

“The offer” is only available to individuals who received a solar or heat pump estimate from Octopus Energy on or after 1st January 2025 and live in one of the following postal codes that start with any of DN, S, LS, BD, HD, HX, WF, L, CH, M, SK, CW, PR, WA, or WN.

“The offer” is subject to availability and eligibility.

£500 off a solar and heat pump installation orders

• £500 will be discounted from eligible solar and heat pump installation orders placed during the offer period referenced above.
• You may only claim the £500 discount once for each product i.e. if you have multiple properties you would be required to choose which address to apply the £500 offer to.
• The installation must be carried out by Octopus Energy.
• The discount will be applied to the price detailed in your installation agreement. It won’t be applied to your initial online estimate.
• The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
