'Cosy Inside' prize draw terms and conditions

General

These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Cosy Inside” prize draw (“The prize draw”).

The Prize Draw

Prize Draw Period: 5th January 2026 to 23.59 on Sunday, 18th January 2026.

Eligibility:

• The Prize Draw is available to existing heat pump domestic customers in England, Scotland and Wales.
• Must be an existing Octopus Energy heat pump customer who has had an Octopus Energy heat pump installed prior to the start of the Prize Draw Period.
• There will be one winner, chosen at random from the entries to the survey.
• Entrants must be aged 18 and over.
• The survey must be completed before the deadline (for one entry).
• Double entries will be granted for eligible shared photos that tag @OctopusEnergy using #cosyinside on X (formally Twitter), Facebook or Linkedin before the deadline .

Further Terms:

• The Prize Draw is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
• The winning credit of £500 will be added to the customers Octopus Energy account which can be credited back to the customers connected bank account.
• Octopus Energy reserves the right to substitute £500 with an alternative value prize if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.
• If the heat pump customer is not an Octopus Energy customer, we will send the equivalent monies (£500) as a gift voucher for use in multiple stores.
• We will contact the winner by 5pm on the 23rd January via email or phone. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Octopus Energy reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• This Prize Draw cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional Prize Draw unless expressly stated by Octopus Energy.
• Octopus Energy reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Prize Draw at any time.
• By entering, customers grant Octopus Energy a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use their survey responses for marketing purposes. If any photos or other content are submitted, customers confirm they own the content and have the right to grant this licence.
• Personal data will be processed in accordance with Octopus Energy’s Privacy Policy. By entering, customers consent to the use of their information for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
