Boiler survey prize draw terms and conditions

General
These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Gas survey prize draw” (“The Prize Draw”).

The Prize Draw

1. Eligible customers have the chance to win £200 credit towards their Octopus Energy gas bill.
2. Only one prize of £200 credit will be awarded to one winning customer.
   

Prize Draw Period

1. The Prize Draw is valid for entries submitted between the 5th January 2026 and 23.59 on Sunday, 18th January 2026.
2. The winner will be contacted by 5pm on the 23rd January by phone or email.
3. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Octopus Energy reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Eligibility

1. The Prize Draw is open to domestic Octopus Energy gas customers in England, Scotland and Wales.
2. Only entries received within the Prize Draw Period will be eligible.
3. Entrants must be over the age of 18.
4. One entry per customer is accepted.
5. Customers must be an Octopus Energy customers with an active gas agreement
6. Customers must have completed the three survey questions by 23.59 on the 18th January 2026

Further Terms

1. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable.
2. £200 will be added as credit to the customer’s Octopus Energy account and can be refunded to the customers connected bank account.
3. Octopus Energy reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.
4. This Prize Draw cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless expressly stated by Octopus Energy.
5. Octopus Energy reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Prize Draw at any time.
6. By entering, customers grant Octopus Energy a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use their survey responses for marketing purposes. If any photos or other content are submitted, customers confirm they own the content and have the right to grant this licence.
7. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Octopus Energy’s Privacy Policy. By entering, customers consent to the use of their information for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
