A Little Change

Throughout the energy crisis, we’ve seen an overwhelming amount of generosity from our customers. People contact us daily to ask how they can donate account credit, solar export payments etc to fellow customers struggling with bills. This is a simple way to make a positive impact on every bill.

Choose a donation level through your online account, and we’ll add it as a charge on each of your monthly bills. Your donation will be split between National Energy Action, who work to combat fuel poverty in the UK, Citizens Advice, who offer free, impartial advice on everything from consumer rights to debt, energy and housing, and Renewable World, who improve access to clean energy in communities in Kenya and Nepal.

There’s no pressure to do it, and if you choose to and then change your mind, you can opt out at any time.
