We’re in the early stages of developing a wind turbine in your area.
It’s over 800 metres from the nearest homes and in a location with strong wind speeds making it ideal for generating clean, local energy.
We believe in doing this the right way, with transparency and input from the community. If it goes ahead, this project could help in the journey towards net zero and bring benefits to your doorstep.
Community Benefits
We plan to offer a community benefit fund for the life of the project & the community can decide the best way to distribute this locally.

The Octopus Fan Club
Customers living close to one of our Fan Club turbines can sign up to receive discounts on their electricity bill.
Using their own personal dashboard and forecast notifications, members can monitor their local Fan and shift their energy consumption to the times when it’s cheapest and greenest.
