Terms & Conditions: Rapid Heat Pump Install

General

These Terms and Conditions apply to Octopus Energy's rapid heat pump install(the "Offer").

By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This Offer is made by Octopus Energy Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09263424), with its registered office at United Kingdom House, 164-182 Oxford Street, London W1D 1NN ("Octopus Energy", "Us", “Our”).

Octopus Energy reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on our website.

1. Rapid Install - £100 off Final Payment

Offer Summary

Have your heat pump installed by Octopus Energy within one month of your site survey and eligibility being confirmed or receive £100 off your final heat pump payment (the "Payment").

Offer Period

25th March 2026 - 25th April 2026

Eligibility

• The Offer is only available to customers who request a heat pump installation through Octopus Energy during the Offer Period.
• To be eligible, your home must pass an Octopus Energy site survey confirming suitability for a heat pump installation. Customers whose homes are not confirmed as eligible following the survey do not qualify for this Offer.
• The Offer is only available to customers who receive a valid installation quote from Octopus Energy. Reasons for being unable to obtain a valid installation quote include location or property type.
• The one-month installation period begins on the date you receive your site survey and confirmation that home is eligible for installation.
• If your installation is not completed within one month of this date, the £100 will be applied as a reduction to your final heat pump payment. The Payment will not be applied to your initial quote or any interim payments.
• The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or referral discount.
• Offer available to residential customers in Great Britain only.

Additional Terms

• The £100 Guarantee has no cash equivalent value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• Octopus Energy will not be liable for installation delays caused by factors outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to customer availability, access to the property, or third-party supply chain delays. Where Octopus Energy has offered an installation appointment within the required timeframe and the customer has been unable to accommodate it, the £100 Guarantee will not apply.
• Any cancelled, refunded, or withdrawn installation orders will invalidate the Offer.
• Octopus Energy's standard heat pump installation terms and conditions apply.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
