RAYE VIP Tickets Competition - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1. The promoter of this competition is Octopus Energy Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09263424) whose registered office is at UK House, 5th Floor, 164–182 Oxford Street, London, W1D 1NN (“Octopus Energy”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2. The competition is run in partnership with RMS Events Limited (“Seat Unique”).

2. Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to Octoplus customers of Octopus Energy aged 18 or over who are residents of United Kingdom at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees of Octopus Energy, Seat Unique, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
2.3. Internet access and a valid UK phone number are required to enter.
2.4. Octopus Energy reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
2.5. Octopus Energy will make reasonable alternative arrangements for entrants who are unable to participate by phone due to accessibility requirements, provided this is communicated to us before the call date.

3. How to Enter

3.1. To enter, eligible participants must:
a) Complete the official competition entry form found on the Octopus Energy app or web banner of the Octoplus dashboard;
b) Select one concert location (Manchester, Birmingham, or London);
c) Competition runs between 09:00 on 27 January 2026 to 23:59 on 2 February 2026
d) Submit the entry by 23:59 on 2 February 2026.
3.2. Only one entry per person per day is permitted. Multiple entries may result in disqualification. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
3.3. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3.4. Incomplete, illegible, or late entries will not be accepted.

4. The Prize

4.1. The prize consists of four (4) pairs of VIP tickets per city (eight tickets per city) to a live concert by RAYE in the following locations:
– Manchester
– Birmingham
– London
4.2. Each winner will receive one (1) pair of VIP tickets for the location selected at entry (the “Prize”).
4.3. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash or alternative prize is available.
4.4. Travel, accommodation, food, drink, and any other expenses not expressly included are the responsibility of the winner.
4.5. The Prize is subject to the venue’s and Seat Unique’s standard terms and conditions.

5. Winner Selection Mechanic

5.1. This is a skill-based competition.
5.2. Shortlisted entrants will be contacted by phone on 4 February 2026 at approximately the following times:
– Manchester: between 10:00am and 10:30am
– Birmingham: between 10:30am and 11am
– London: between 11:00am and 11:30am
5.3. During the call, shortlisted entrants will be invited to perform their favourite part of a RAYE song. This may include singing, speaking, or another creative performance.
5.4. Where required for accessibility reasons, Octopus Energy will offer an alternative method of participation.
5.5. Winners will be selected at Octopus Energy’s discretion based on enthusiasm, creativity, engagement, and completion of the participation mechanic.
5.6. If a shortlisted entrant does not answer the call, is unavailable, declines to participate, does not complete the mechanic, or is unable to participate due to network or technical issues beyond either party’s control, Octopus Energy reserves the right to contact additional entrants until a valid winner is selected
5.7. Octopus Energy’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Recording & Publicity

6.1. Phone calls will be recorded.
6.2. By entering the competition, entrants agree that recordings may be used by Octopus Energy for promotional and marketing purposes, including on social media channels, websites, and paid advertising, without additional compensation.
6.3. Winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition, including the use of their name and voice.

7. Data Protection

7.1. Personal data supplied during entry will be processed in accordance with Octopus Energy’s Privacy Policy.
7.2. Data will be used solely for the administration of the competition, contacting entrants, selecting winners, recording participation, fulfilling the prize, and as otherwise set out in these Terms & Conditions.
7.3. Personal data may be shared with third parties only where necessary to deliver the prize.

8. General

8.1. Octopus Energy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or withdraw the competition if circumstances arise outside of its reasonable control.

8.2 Octopus Energy’s decision is final and binding on all entrants, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.3 Octopus Energy together with any associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss) or damage arising in connection with this competition or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (such as death or personal injury caused by its negligence).8.4. Octopus Energy accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical failures or other issues beyond its control.

8.5. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
