“PINK FRIDAY” SOLAR, BATTERY AND HEAT PUMP OFFERS

General

These Terms and Conditions apply to Octopus Energy’s “Pink Friday” promotional offers on Octopus Solar Panels, Home Batteries, and Heat Pumps (the “Offers”).
By participating in any of these Offers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Offers are made by Octopus Energy Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09263424), with its registered office at United Kingdom House, 164–182 Oxford Street, London W1D 1NN (“Octopus Energy”, “Us”).

Octopus Energy reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any of these Offers at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on our website.

1. FoxESS EVO 10 Battery-Only Offer

Offer Summary

Customers purchasing a FoxESS EVO 10 battery-only system during the Offer Period will receive a £250 discount.

Offer Period

Wednesday 19 November 2025 – Wednesday 31 December 2025

Eligibility

• You must order your FoxESS EVO 10 battery-only system directly through Octopus Energy during the Offer Period.
• Installations must be carried out by Octopus Energy or a third-party installer approved by Us.
• The £250 discount will be applied to the final installation agreement, not the initial online quote.
• The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or referral discount.
• The Offer is subject to availability and while stocks last.
• Offer available to residential customers in Great Britain only.
  

2. FoxESS EVO 10 Solar + Battery (“3 for 2 Solar Panels”) Offer

Offer Summary

Customers ordering a FoxESS EVO 10 solar + battery system during the Offer Period will receive one free 450W DeepBlue 4.0 Pro PV solar panel for every two 450W DeepBlue 4.0 Pro PV solar panels purchased, up to a maximum of six free panels per installation. For the avoidance of doubt, the exact number of free panels provided is set out in the table below

Eligibility

• You must order your FoxESS EVO 10 solar + battery system through Octopus Energy during the Offer Period.
• Installations must be carried out by Octopus Energy or a third-party installer approved by Us.
• The Free Panels will be applied automatically to eligible orders and reflected in the installation agreement.
• Offer applies to systems with up to a maximum of six panels free.
• The Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• Offer available to residential customers in Great Britain only.

Additional Terms

• Free panels have no cash equivalent value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded in part or in full. For the avoidance of doubt, if you purchase 5 panels you are only entitled to 2 panels for free. If you purchase 7 panels, you are only entitled to 3 panels for free etc.
• All solar panels included in this Offer must be the same size.
• Offer is subject to technical feasibility — system size and roof configuration must be suitable for the number of panels.
• If, on the day of installation, the final number of panels reduces from the original design, the number of Free-Panels offered at the time of sale will remain unchanged. That is, if fewer panels can be installed than originally planned, Octopus Energy will honour the original number of Free-Panels in the initial order.
• If additional panels can be installed and the total number increases (for example, from 10 to 12), Octopus Energy will include these additional panels free of charge, up to a maximum of six free panels total per installation.

3. Heat Pump Offer – Free Month’s Worth of Electricity

Offer Summary

Customers who order a Cosy 6, Cosy 8, Cosy 12, Daikin Altherma 3 etc. (“Heat Pump) from Octopus Energy during the Offer Period will receive credit covering the cost of one month of electricity use, capped at £300, applied to their Octopus Energy account.

Offer Period

Wednesday 19 November 2025 – Wednesday 31 December 2025

Eligibility

• Offer applies only to Heat Pump orders placed during the Offer Period.
• To be eligible for this Offer, you must be an Octopus Energy customer electricity customer at the time of installation.
• Installations must be carried out by Octopus Energy or a third-party installer approved by Us.
• The free month of electricity credit will be based on your first full month of consumption following installation, capped at £300 maximum credit (the “Credit”).
• The Credit will be applied to your Octopus Energy account within 60 days of installation completion.
• The Offer is not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer.

Additional Terms

• If you are not an Octopus Energy account holder at the time of installation, you must switch to Octopus Energy before installation is completed to be eligible.
  

General Provisions Applicable to All Offers

• All Offers are subject to availability, eligibility, and technical feasibility.
• All Offers are not available if you cancel an existing installation agreement and subsequently place a new order for the same or a substantially similar system. Octopus Energy reserves the right to withhold or remove the Offer where it reasonably believes an order has been cancelled and re-submitted an order for the purpose of obtaining the promotional discount.
• Any cancelled, refunded, or withdrawn installation orders will invalidate the Offer.
• The Offers are subject to availability and apply only while stocks last.
• Offers are non-transferable, have no cash alternative, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or referral scheme.
• Octopus Energy’s standard installation terms and conditions apply:

  • Standard solar and battery terms and conditions
• Octopus Energy reserves the right to amend or withdraw these Offers to comply with legal, regulatory, or technical requirements.
• These Offers and Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
