Terms & Conditions: Local Heat Pump Group Offer

These Terms and Conditions apply to Octopus Energy’s Local Heat Pump Group promotional offer (the “Offer”). By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This Offer is made by Octopus Energy Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09263424), with its registered office at 5th Floor, UK House, 164-182 Oxford Street, London W1D 1NN ("Octopus Energy", "Us", “Our”).

Octopus Energy reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this Offer or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. As a result, additional terms may apply. Any changes will be updated on our website.

1. The Offer - £500 Group Discount

Offer Summary: If five (5) eligible households within the NR29 outcode sign up for a Heat Pump Installation with Octopus Energy within the Offer Period and complete the installations, each participating household will receive £500 off their final heat pump payment (the “Discount”).

Offer Period: 8 March 2026 – 13 May 2026.

Eligibility

• The Offer is only available to residential customers whose properties are located within the NR29 outcode.
• To be eligible, each of the five (5) homes within a Group must pass an Octopus Energy site survey confirming suitability for a heat pump installation. Households that do not receive a valid installation quote or are deemed ineligible following a survey do not qualify and cannot count toward the Group total.
• A "Group" is formed when five (5) separate households within the NR29 area name one another as part of a Group for the purpose of this Offer at the point of signing their Installation Agreement.
• All five (5) households must sign up with Octopus Energy for a heat pump quote within the Offer Period and then sign their respective Installation Agreements within the following three months (the “Installation Window”).

Applying the Discount

• If you are eligible for the Offer, the £500 discount will be applied as either a refund or a reduction to the final heat pump payment only (the “Discount”). The Discount will not be applied to initial quotes, deposits, or interim payments. Whether the Discount is applied as a refund or a reduction will be at Octopus’ sole discretion and may depend on the order in which your Group members pay.
• The Discount will only become available once at least five (5) eligible households within the Group have signed their respective Installation Agreements, which must be done within the Installation Window. These households must have each gotten their original heat pump quote within the Offer Period.
• If less than five (5) households within the Group sign Installation Agreements within the Installation Window, or the Group falls below the required five (5) households before the final heat pump payments have been made, the Discount will not be applied.
• This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Octopus Energy promotional offer or referral discount.

Additional Offer Terms

• This Offer relates to the group signup and is not a guarantee of a specific installation date. Installation is subject to local engineer capacity and the completion of necessary home upgrades (if applicable).
• Octopus Energy will not be liable for delays in forming a Group or completing an install caused by factors outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to customer availability for surveys or installations or third-party supply chain delays.
• If any member of the Group of five (5) cancels or withdraws their installation order, or their Installation Agreement is otherwise terminated, before the final payment is made for any reason, and the Group total falls below the required threshold of five (5) active orders, the Discount will no longer be available to the remaining members of that Group.
• The Discount has no cash equivalent value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• In the event of any dispute regarding any aspect of the Offer, Octopus Energy’s decision will be final, binding, and not subject to review or appeal.
• This Offer is subject to Octopus Energy's standard heat pump installation terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation or withdrawal of orders in connection with this Offer shall be subject to our standard heat pump installation terms and conditions.

General

• These terms are independent of any terms governing your energy supply relationship with Octopus Energy Limited and participating in this Offer does not alter or affect your rights and obligations under any existing energy supply agreement.
• All personal data collected and processed as part of the Offer shall be in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website atwww.octopus.energy/policies/privacy-policy.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
