This fixed price quote is personalised to your house and cannot be redeemed in other locations
It is based on a standard install of similar properties in this area, and assumes eligibility to access the £7500 BUS grant (https://www.gov.uk/apply-boiler-upgrade-scheme/check-if-youre-eligible)
If an install at your property requires additional labour or materials outside of a standard install, or is not eligible for the BUS grant, these will be charged in addition to this quote
Examples of these additional requirements include, but are not limited to:
- A repipe of the property to increase water flow rates (note: this is usually only required if 8MM copper microbore is present, most common in properties built in the 1970s and 80s)
- Installation of a new cylinder (note: we are able to retain most existing cylinders)
- Asbestos removal if identified at the property (note: usually only relevant in properties built before 1999)
- Scaffolding erection if deemed necessary for a safe installation
- Planning permission to install at the property
- Structural survey and/or strengthening work (predominantly required when installing the cylinder in a loft)
- Cavity Wall / Loft Insulation (recommended if the heat loss at your property is particularly high, usually not relevant for newer build properties)
- Groundworks (examples include ensuring a flat surface for the heat pump to sit on, and digging a trench for pipework if the Heat Pump is not located on the wall of the main property)
