Choosing the right package

Through thousands of heat pump installations and conversations with our customers, we’ve learned that what matters to you most is just as diverse as your homes. The good news is, whether you want a hassle-free install or the lowest possible running costs, we’ve got the perfect solution for you.

Introducing Cosy Turbo and Cosy Eco – two exclusive installation options designed to match your home’s heating needs. Read on to discover which one is right for you.

Cosy Turbo

Faster, simpler installation

For those who want a quick, hassle-free transition to a heat pump, a Cosy Turbo installation is the way to go. We run our Octopus Cosy heat pump at a slightly higher temperature than standard (up to 65℃) and it works efficiently with your existing radiators and plumbing, meaning fewer changes to your home’s existing heating system.

While a Cosy Turbo heat pump will cost more to run than a lower-temperature heat pump, it remains highly efficient throughout the year. Pairing it with our Cosy Octopus tariff helps keep running costs as low as possible.

Lower installation costs with minimal changes to your plumbing.

Less disruption—installation takes around 2-3 days.

Works with existing radiators, reducing the need for larger replacements.

Compatible with Cosy 6 and Cosy 9 heat pumps

Cosy Eco

Lower running costs & maximum efficiency

If reducing long-term energy costs is your priority, a Cosy Eco installation is the best choice. By running at a lower temperature, it uses even less energy, but requires some upgrades—such as larger or additional radiators—to keep your home just as warm and comfortable.

With the Cosy Octopus tariff, a Cosy Eco heat pump can cost £100’s less to run than a gas boiler per year, making it a great choice for long-term savings.

Lower running costs than both Cosy Turbo and gas boilers

Includes radiator and plumbing upgrades in the quoted price.

Heats your home at a lower temperature, reducing energy bills.

Full installation in around 4-5 days.

Compatible with wet underfloor heating.

Compatible with Cosy 6 and Cosy 9 heat pumps

Good to know: Eco is also our standard installation for heat pumps that don't support higher flow temperatures, such as Daikin

Finding the right heat pump for your home

During your survey, we’ll be able to determine whether a Cosy heat pump is a good fit for your home. There are a couple of factors we’ll consider, including heat loss and the position of your heat pump, which will determine which size and brand of heat pump is right for you. If we give you the green light to get a Cosy, you’ll have the option to pick whether you’d like a Cosy Turbo, or a Cosy Eco heat pump package.

Our sales team will be able to support any questions you might have at this stage, and advise which option is best for you based on your preferences.

What if I can’t get a Cosy?

Whilst we grow our series of Cosy heat pumps, there’s a chance we might not have one that’s suitable for your home. If you can't get a Cosy, don't worry! We have a range of heat pumps that follow our Eco design. These will provide similar performance and efficiency to the Cosy Eco installation option, with comparable pricing. You can expect the same high-quality installation, customer support, and energy-efficient heating for your home,
