MG Energy Credit Offer Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions for “Energy Credit”

Subject to the eligibility criteria and terms below, you can apply for this offer if you:

1. Purchase a new MG4, MG5, ZS or Cybester vehicle (a Qualifying Vehicle) from a participating dealer between 00:01 on 01 January 2025 and 23:59 on 31st March 2025; and
2. have the Qualifying Vehicle registered by 31 March 2025; and
3. your home energy is supplied by Octopus Energy

then you will be eligible to receive £299 of credit (the Credit) on your Octopus Energy account (the Offer).

Eligibility Criteria

The Offer is available to:

1. retail orders only; fleet and Motability customers are excluded;
2. purchasers of a Qualifying Vehicle;
3. those over the age of 18 in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands); and

To benefit from the Offer, you'll need to be a new or existing customer of the Octopus Energy.You will not be eligible for the Offer if you sign up via a third party, such as through a price comparison site.

Verifying your eligibility

You will need to provide us with the unique promotional code received from MG when ordering your Qualifying Vehicle, by entering this code on this webpage: https://MG.octopus.energy. You'll find your unique code on the email received from MG when you ordered your Qualifying Vehicle.

We will confirm if the code means you are eligible to benefit from the Offer with MG.

If you meet the eligibility criteria for the Offer, the Credit will be applied to your Octopus Energy account within 30 days of your Qualifying Vehicle’s delivery date, and the first direct debit payment has been taken from your Octopus Energy account.

You have until 23:59 on 31 May 2025 to submit your promotional code at https://MG.octopus.energy. Any codes submitted after this time may not be eligible to benefit from the Offer.

These terms are independent of any terms governing your energy supply relationship with Octopus Energy Limited and participating in this Offer does not alter or affect your rights and obligations under any existing energy supply agreement.

In the event of any dispute regarding any aspect of the Offer, Octopus Energy’s decision will be final, binding, and not subject to review or appeal.

We reserve the right to remove or amend this Offer or these terms at any time without prior notice. Notice of any changes will be provided to you, and the latest version of these terms will be available on our website.
